Cancellation/ No Show Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment I require a 6 hour notice. If you cancel less than six hours, you will be charged half the session.

If you don't show or call at all, I will charge the full amount of the service you were going to receive.

Late policy

I understand that life gets busy and there always seems to be traffic, I allow for a 5 minute buffer. Anything later than that, I will have to shorten time and still charge for full session.

Sickness or Symptoms Policy

Due to the COVID-19 virus, if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms please reschedule or wait to schedule for 5 days:

Fever
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Chills
Repeated shaking with chills
Muscle pain
Headache
Sore throat
New loss of taste or smell
